LCD Soundsystem Morrison Concert reviews
Posty was better than expected… and I expected a lot!
I couldn’t give this a bad review if I tried, being a huge fan of LCD Soundsystem. The lack of communication about Roddy Ricch not being the opener is my only negative point. I had no idea he was the opener until Post came on after Zack Bia's awesome set. I then spent quite a bit of time scouring Google trying to determine who he was and why Roddy wasn’t there. I never did find the answer to that one.
LCD Soundsystem is somehow even more likable after seeing this show—an artist favorite to people like me for a reason. His humility, relatability, and clear desire to connect with the audience added to what would’ve been a great show based on the set list, effects, and pyrotechnics alone. I’d see it again and again if possible! I’ll definitely be recreating that playlist now, with a few more artists to add to the list.
